Email from me to me ?

I have Outlook Mail and have received a few junk emails that are titled "Smart TV Nano Cristal 50" Samsung" I can delete these no problem but when I try to block them it says I can't because it's my email ! is anyone else getting these ? does this mean they have my password ?

No, it doesn't imply your password has been compromised.

It's trivial to fake the From: address.
