I have only ever been up to Cairns, Northern Qld once, but its one of the most amazing places I have ever been. I remember going there in the middle of winter - and snorkeling the barrier reef in crystal blue 24°C (75.2°F) water. I have (step) family up there, and I would love to go up there again! If only it wasn't 1750km (1087 miles) (22 hours) away from Brisbane

That sounds so good right now. I just came back from my vacation in Reno, Nevada USA. It was nice to see the west coast and dessert, since I have always been on the east coast. Also I went on a Chicago vacation in July. And I went to Cedarpoint in June.

I love visiting Yosemite National Park. Live cam views from the Yosemite Association. In fact, I have to look into booking a campsite in May before the Memorial Day weekend rush kicks in. My husband and I love going there in the winter/ spring because there are less people then.

Another national park I love is Glacier National Park in Montana. Beautiful mountains, lakes, and glaciers. Besides Yellowstone National Park, this is one park where you may encounter a grizzly bear. We saw one from far off while hiking a trail to Iceberg Lake in the east side of the park. This park shares the border on the Canadian side with Waterton Lakes National Park which is gorgeous on its own. You can take a boat ride on the lake to the U.S. border and hike or backpack around.

All of the national parks in the U.S. are worth visiting for their unique attributes.

That looks really nice but I bet going to aussieland right now wouldnt be fun w/all the restrictions they are trying to shove down everyones throat.....Very scary whats happening!
