Servers back up, email queue being delivered
Ok all servers are now up and running. There's a large mail queue backlog that should be delivered over the next hour or two.

i am unable to send mail out now
for some reason it says my that i cannot send, that my ability has been turned off supposedly for exceeding bandwidth, which i have not even come .01% close to exceeding. please help i need to send some messages. i use this username at fastmail dot fm for my email

Why weren't users notified of this move in advance? Having no email and file access can be an inconvenience! I think I'm subscribed to all FM announcement lists, but I don't get any messages...

Wildpetals, you should edit your post and remove your email address so it won't be harvested and spammed.

Sorry I posted here... I just clicked on the link in the status blog. The bummer for me was the timing. It seems that everyone agrees that this could have been better communicated. Oh well, hopefully someone learned a lesson somewhere!

Cool! thanks for the update too. I haven't gotten back to my FM for quite a while now and luckily I cam across this forum and get more information on how to manage my account. I will surely post this on my blog too. Thanks for sharing this information.
