Minor request

When I send an email the address being sent to displays receipent nick name before his address. I would prefer that only the recipients address be shown. Thanks for anything you can do about this.

Apologies for the late reply -- did you actually mean the name of the recipient, or the nickname?

How and when does this occur, please?

When I send an email it is like this: "user" < user name at xyz dot com>
the user name preceeds his address
doesn't appear to send nick name
I much prefer only the recipents emailddress be sent like this user name at xyz dot com
