Still have problem to access runbox smtp & pop (time out).

The upgraded was completed as scheduled. If you're still having problems accessing your email, please open a support ticket at https://support.runbox.com and provide your Runbox username.

Thanks for your answer.
I opened a ticket one hour before to post on this forum id : YHW-797-90522.. From now, we begin to receive our emails : our test emails (sent 3 hours ago) and even now the confirmation email from our support (received 10 minutes ago in gmail) : id : YHW-797-90522. There was a delay/access problem for SMTP and POP from different network (OVH, local ADSL). But access to POP and SMTP seems to be better. Eric. |

I also have some problems today reveiving and sending mail.
My pingdom report show about 15 Minutes downtime for today. Are there any problems? |

We've had some DNS problems following the upgrade causing some SMTP and email delivery delays, but they should be resolved now.
