Hotmail right margin

Hi ,
I use hotmail because its the only
e mail I ve found that lets you have
a completely black background

then I can type on that b ground say in
purple etc and it looks neat.

Photos etc have more intensity.

anyway like to present my e mails with
a border on the left and a border on the rigt
I don t want my words hitting the side of the e
mail ( like they do in here )
I ve managed to get a half inch border on the left
but I can t get it on the right !
which is annoying to say the least
any ideas ?
