The only criteria for inclusion in these roundups are if the service is still active, and still participates in EMD -- not if EMD is the
main focus of their interactivity (Mailsnare have long had their own channels for user feedback, which take priority over EMD, but they've always been listed), and certainly not if they're a free service...
