Is Yahoo allowing registrations under ccTLD's again?
I remember the likes of yahoo.ie, yahoo.dk, yahoo.fr, yahoo.be, ... but I thought registrations closed long ago, with only existing users keeping their address.
Have you tried Hotmail/Outlook ? They offer registrations under ccTLD's. Not sure if you need a Japanese IP address to get it.
