Is it no longer possible to customize the UI? I can't see a way to do this, and switching through the few predeveloped themes, two font options, and layout options is not doing nearly enough.

I find the font spacing (and font) very difficult to read. I prefer light text on dark backgrounds but the view are much too noisy. What else can I do to customize the UI? Thanks.
