Hi Rob,

Well, what can I say, but a big "THANK YOU!!" for personally helping with my Fastmail.fm email accounts.

Folks, after looking high and low and trying many providers for the best email account to use, Fastmail.fm just seems to be the best email system on earth. And when an owner of the service is willing to personally help, then it is a testimony to the straightforward honesty and upright business ethic of the service.
