Hi Tim,

All fixed, Fastmail blocked the user from logging in and sending email because of suspicious activity.

The account belonged to a friend and even though I could log in with the master user account the words

BLOCKED: User Log In and
BLOCKED: Send email

appeared below the Details column in the View/Manage Users screen.

Fastmail have since unblocked the account.
