Well, if the implication here is "none", I could bounce that back by asking, how many that you pay for OUGHT to allow for this selection? I'd suggest it should be a bare-minimum option. The issue for providers who provide a paid-for service in a field filled with "free" options is that expectations ought to be MUCH higher for them.
