Please if you would be willing to close the thread. I've got enough to deal with with fastmail giving out my email & then leaving me hanging (presumably for the weekend). Nothing constructive is going to come out of it now
If I ever get the security situation sorted out I'll revisit this trustpilot issue & try and sort it out myself. thanks
