"Alias" means different things to different email providers. My guess is that you want an alternative incoming address (let's say your primary account is zhao@gmail and you want it to also receive messages sent to zhao123@example.com or zhao_abc@gmail)

To the best of my knowledge, Gmail does not offer this facility. A cheap and nasty workaround is to make use of the fact that Gmail ignores dots in the username, so zhao@gmail, z.hao@gmail, zh.ao@gmail &c are identical as far as Gmail is concerned.
