There are three ways I know of:
1. For searches, do your search, get into the thread you want, and copy/paste out the URL.
2. For any thread, just go into it and copy/paste out the url of the page number you want the link to start on.
3. For any particular post, you click on that underlined TIME in the username info box at the left of the screen, near the bottom of the post. That will set the url to be that post number. Copy/paste that url out into whatever you are using for tracking (or to send an email with that post, whatever).
