I was in northern CA (Palo Alto to San Jose area) yesterday and had no difficulties. Today I’m back in Texas and Fastmail is still working great. I just checked two accounts and these access methods, and I can send and receive email with no difficulties:
- Website
- iOS app on iPhone and iPad
- IMAP and SMTP on Apple Mail app
My guess is that this is a local internet connection issue. If you are using cellular data, try a local good WiFi access point (and vice-versa). And if possible try another device (such as a PC).
