I have one friendly suggestion: Don't post anything in your posts except the minimum needed for others to understand your problem. The other information will cause readers to skip your post.
Asking 25 questions in a post won't get you many willing to answer.
If you want to send email to a group, there are several choices.
- Gmail webmail: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/30973?hl=en
- Fastmail webmail: You similarly set up a group in Contacts, then enter the first few letters of the group name in To, CC, or BCC.
- You can also set things up in Outlook (if you have this installed on your PC). In that case, you need to get your addresses into the Outlook address book.
