We need to know a little more before anyone can give you directions:
- Are you using an email client program on your PC (such as Outlook), or do you use webmail using a web browser (such as Internet Explorer)?
- Who is your email provider? Is it your ISP (phone or cable company) or some other company (such as Google Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or Microsoft Hotmail)?
- Do you want to take an existing email which already has the directions and forward it to the other people? Or do you want to create a new email and enter the directions yourself, or add a link to a website which has the map or instructions?
If you have an existing email with the directions, you can just forward it to the individuals. It's best to place their email addresses in the BCC field if they don't know each other, since this hides the email addresses from others.
