Besides, "bounce" doesn't do what you think it does. It is not the same as a bounce from a mailserver, that says that it couldn't deliver...

The paper clip shows up on all mails that are sent as multiparts. Unfortunately, there are a few programs that creates multipart mails with only one part. It's a bit hard to tell the difference...

First of all "priority" is a confusing term here. You expect something with the higest priority to be taken care of first, but the filter with the lowest number is checked first. We call it "order"...
