No TOTP/Yubikey field in classic interface under classic.fastmail.com

I have some alias from example name@lol.com, and have rule like:
To/cc to folder LOL that contains @lol.com. An it works.
But when someone send mail to trash@name.lol.com mail is redirects to main...

Exclamation K9-Mail Alternative login issue

Tried alternative login (no full access) regular password from k-9 mail with no success. Login from web with alternative login is normal. But loging fails on imaps
I even tried old k9-mail version...
