Question moving attached emails (".eml") to regular folders

Is there some way/tool/procedure in FastMail to move attached emails, that is, .eml files, to regular folders in FastMail?

I can login to my main account just fine. Have been using WebDAV to access FM for a couple of years. Tried to login this morning with same, and could not connect.
