Sorry just figured it out....

Port 587 works you just have to RE-ENTER your username and password for the outgoing authentication....

I think in outlook they have a box that is checked by default...

Black berry users out there....

I am using a BIS to access my Fastmail account via IMAP, but the BIS only checks for changes around every 15-20 min. So I get most emails with about a 15-20 min...

My host told me that fastmail needs to do something to make it work...

yeah...I don't know how the anti-virus header was added. I just copied the header as it was sent to me.

Also, when I say it seems to be from the same spammer its because of the format of the emails...
