Actually I think if it happened to a larger service (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) it would have a very noticeable impact. I don't know about Hotmail, but I know Yahoo members can pay for "premium" services...

I personally don't see anything wrong with any of the webmail interfaces. They load very fast and I am able to do what I need to do. I just found out that IMP has a calendar. Woot!
