SMTP still down?

I can't send mail via SMTP using smtp.mailup.net or smtp.fastmail.fm. Anyone else having the same problem?

UPDATE: stmp.proxy.mailup.net worked on port 80.

The account is through the univ. of michigan - i'm not sure what they use. I know they access their accounts via IMAP so we were going to set up forwarding for new messages and imap...

FM is cool

I converted when Yahoo cut pop access. I only wish I would have looked harder before I even signed up with Yahoo--fastmail has everything and I love the imap+web access. It rocks.

I signed up a friend and then noticed this.

I really need this option to migrate old e-mails from an old university account. Is it coming back soon?
