They offer POP/SMTP/IMAP, secure login. They also recommend that you use IMAP instead of POP because it is more secure, the only draw back to this service...

98 It is a lot better than the garbage you use. I don't use all that much I mostly use Linux. I only use 98 because I love Paint Shop Pro:)
