In the end I reverted to the script generated...

In the end I reverted to the script generated from my config settings, and deleted the "File into inbox" rule.

So all is now working, and I now have my form editing back. Hussah.

I agree with the email and file quotas and bandwidth being kept separate for the reasons others...
