PolarisMail hosting down?
 

My hosted sites have been offline for over six hours. I cannot get a hold of anyone at PolarisMail. Their phone system either says 'all circuits are busy, please try again later', or no one answers when you make a selection for 'technical support' or 'sales'.

I also emailed George, and Support when I first learned about the issue. Normally I get a response very quickly. Is it just on my end, or is anyone else experiencing hosting issues?

Just to clarify, my email is working fine at the moment with PolarisMail, it us just my hosted portion. So, all my websites cannot be reached, and my DNS control panel can no longer be reached.

I wonder if the hosted portion is changing Name Servers or something and DNS just has not updated?

That's disconcerting to hear that hosting is off-line and that you can't reach support. My PolarisMail is also working, but I do not have hosting.
It seems to me that reliability and quick response from support separate the top-tier service providers from the others.

I just received a response from George. The hosted sites are all back online. He stated they encountered an unusual situation that interrupted hosting this afternoon, but the problem was found and resolved.

George also asked me for details on the phone number I called so they can investigate those issues. He was concerned that I was not able to reach anyone, and I believe he is sincere in tracking down what the problem may have been there.

My Polaris mail is working fine. Good to hear the issues were resolved.

19 days after EvilPeppard's post :confused: Did you have trouble at any time?
I had no interruption of PolarisMail email service, but do not have hosting.
George doesn't seem to frequent these forums as much of late.
