Auto-complete

This is so weird to me, when I first started using the service, auto-complete worked great in the subject field, the 'to" field and "from" field, now it doesn't work anywhere, and I don't even see it in preferences anymore. I would like for it to function in as many spots as possible. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Eric,

We started discussing this question when you posted in another thread here (scroll down towards the bottom to see your original post):

If you need more help just ask.

Re: Auto-complete question

Thanks, I didn't know that anyone had seen my previous post about it, sorry for posting again. So now I know why it isn't in preferences anymore, but still, the feature isn't working for me in any fields, and I just can't figure out why.

Thanks very much,
Eric

Hi Eric,

It would be helpful to know a bit about what operating system and browser you are using, and which version of Runbox Mail Manager as there are a few. That way we can try to replicate the problem and then find a solution.

Re: Auto-complete

My operating system is Windows 7 64-bit, Firefox 5 for the browser, and Rubox 5 enhanced.

Thanks again,
Eric

Thanks ericd,

Do you mean Firefox 4?

I suggest you submit a support ticket so that someone can keep an eye on this problem and try to replicate it. By submitting a ticket it goes in to the official list of issues that customers have raised and can be quantified.

You can submit support tickets here, or by email:

https://support.runbox.com/

I will also ask the team more generally about this problem in case someone has come across this before and knows the solution.

Try a full browwser refresh when its not working (CTRL + F5) or delete temporary internet files.

Also test with Google Chrome to see if it works for you there.
