Peculiar error msg
 

I am trying to upload a 70 kb file. I am getting the following error msg: "451 A file of this size would cause "fhapgood@fastmail.fm" to exceed the per-10 minute file bandwidth limit of 500.00 MB, try again later."

There is no way in the world my uploads exceeded 500 MB in the past ten minutes Not remotely. What is going on??

The most likely explanation is that the file size is being misreported by the client side code. This could well be browser dependent. Have you tried using another browser?
