FTP problems
 

Is there a problem with the file storage?
I have an app that uploads files every 15 minutes that has been failing with timeouts on directory change since 0345 this morning.
I tried just now with filezilla and got a timeout while retrieving the directory listing and then got locked out as "only 3 ftp logins permitted at a time" despite not having any open connections.

edit: I am having problems connecting with FileZilla, but no problems (directory listing, changing, uploading) with the web UI. Fastmailstatus shows no issues with FTP, so maybe open a ticket if it's an immediate concern for you.

You bet. It's not really a big issue for me as I don't FTP there too regularly, sometimes not in a month, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. I thought they should be aware of it though. The web UI seems to be fine, which would be a satisfactory fall back for me, but maybe not for you or others.

Looks like someone fed the hamster as we're back. :)

No problems here either. The service ticket was updated earlier this morning and they said there was a firewall issue.
